Questions from grown-ups
Do I need an account?
Yes. A grown-up creates one TalePatch account, and the same sign-in works in the app and here on talepatch.com. Inside the app, each child gets their own reader profile.
Where are our stories kept?
Finished books are saved on the device you made them on, ready to read anytime, even offline. Deleting the app deletes them, so keep it installed to reread favourites.
Can I make books on the website?
Not yet. Books are made in the TalePatch app for now. On the web you can manage your account, plan and story allowance, and more of the app is on its way here.
How do subscriptions work?
Premium is billed and managed through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel anytime there; you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
