Delete your account
You can delete your TalePatch account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
From the app
- Open TalePatch and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
On the web
- Sign in at talepatch.com.
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email support@talepatch.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may reply to confirm the request came from you before we act on it.
What gets deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and profile.
- Your subscription record and usage history held on our servers.
Deleted accounts are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Stories and settings saved on your device are not stored on our servers; uninstalling the app removes them.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first so it does not renew. See Support for how.
